Shipment service
We provide reliable shipping using UPS Express. Shipping fee is $7 per order. We offer free shipping on orders totaling over $120.
We do not charge additional shipping tax.
Order processing time
We will process your order as soon as possible after you place it. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact Khadajia Coward by sending an email to [email protected]. We will check the latest status of your order and give you feedback within 24 hours.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed after 9:00 am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Transportation time
Our express delivery is from 819 Greenfield Dr #180, Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501-6336. The shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on the distance between regions, the shipping time will vary.
Delivery time
My delivery time is 3 -7 business days, if your filtered water bottle is not received within 7 business days, you can contact Khadajia Coward by sending an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you Ship.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel directly on the website. You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. Click the “Cancel Order” button to complete. Please note that this option is only valid for 30 minutes after order confirmation.
If you still need to cancel your order after 30 minutes, please contact Khadajia Coward at [email protected] and provide your order number and cancellation request.
The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Express packaging
Please be assured that we will carefully inspect the water purifier before shipping. We pack it in thick cartons and secure it with foam. In addition to the kettle, the package also includes a filter element, instruction manual and return label.
